After building his first business to exit in his twenties, he has partnered with dozens of management teams in the UK, Europe and MEA to build value and secure exits - the largest worth €1.75BN.
Thomas is known for bringing clarity to complex situations, providing reassurance and deep expertise to shareholders and stakeholders.
